Who operates O3 AG Tech and what the platform does.
Operator and ownership
O3 AG Tech is an agricultural operations, education, service, and decision-support platform operated by O3 Science, Inc. under O3 AG Science. O3 Science, Inc. owns or controls the O3 AG Tech platform and its proprietary O3 workflows, technical materials, and branded content, except for identified third-party materials and customer-owned records.
What the platform does
O3 AG Tech brings farm and facility records, field and growing-area history, testing, irrigation information, calculations, equipment and service records, qualified recommendations, training, and role-controlled collaboration into one system. Live Farm holds operational records. Practice Farm is separated for education and simulation.
How services are delivered
Access is assigned by verified identity, invitation, role, operation, territory, qualification, and owner or administrator approval. O3 personnel and authorized technicians, consultants, distributors, instructors, or service providers may receive only the access needed for their assigned work. The platform preserves sources, methods, context, review status, and audit history where those details are required for responsible decisions.
Technology and professional judgment
The platform helps organize information and apply approved workflows. It does not autonomously operate farm equipment, replace required professional judgment, or guarantee outcomes. Users remain responsible for confirming conditions, measurements, permissions, safety requirements, equipment instructions, and legal compliance before taking action.
